Our faculty had active leadership in enrollment in national/international pediatric neurosurgery registries: • Lead institutional enroller in Hydrocephalus Research Network (HCRN) • Lead institutional enroller in National Spina Bifida Patient Registry (NSBPR) • Lead authors—most peer-reviewed papers from NSBPR registry • Lead enroller in NIH-funded multicenter prospective randomized trial on ventricular shunts vs. endoscopic procedures for hydrocephalus (ESTHI) • Lead investigator—Cerebral Palsy Research Network (CPRN) collaboration studies • Co-Investigator—NIH-funded trials on shunt occlusion • Ongoing data collection on shunt catheters, sleep in spina bifida and multiple domains of adult spina bifida care INVITED TALKS Our faculty had visiting professorships at multiple top-ranked neurosurgery programs and served as invited faculty for national and international meetings and courses.
