The Division of Nephrology provides comprehensive care for newborn infants, children and adolescents, using a family-centered approach combined with state-of the-art technology. The division is the only service in Alabama to offer in-center hemodialysis, home hemodialysis, home peritoneal dialysis, plasmapheresis and renal transplantation to pediatric patients.
