edge interventional devices and state-of-the-art imaging
equipment to perform a variety of innovative interventional procedures
for treatment of several diseases.
Procedures Interventional Radiology offers a full spectrum of procedures, often performed on an outpatient basis, including:
• Ablation of Solid Tumors • Ablation of Liver Tumors • Ablation of Spine and Other Bone Tumors • Adrenal Venous Sampling and other venous sampling • Arterial and Venous Thrombolysis • Biliary Interventions, including PTC, PTD, Plastic Stents and Stone Removal • Central Venous Access Catheter Placement and Management
• Dialysis-Related Interventions, including Fistulogram and Declot of Dialysis Graft • Embolization of Gastrointestinal Bleeds • Embolization of Vascular Malformations • Epidural and Joint Injections for Pain Management • Gastrostomy and Gastrojejunostomy Tube Placement and Management • Inferior Vena Cava Filter Placement and Removal • Lumbar Puncture • Neuro Interventional Procedures • Percutaneous Abcess Drainage • Radioembolization of Liver Tumors • Savi Placement • Spine Augmentations, including Vertebroplasty and Kyphoplasty • Transarterial Chemoembolization (TACE) • Transjugular Intrahepatic Portosystemic Shunts (TIPS) • Urologic Interventions, using Nephrostomy, Nephroureterostomy and Ureteral Stent Placement and Retrieval • Venous Interventions including Angioplasty and Stenting • WADA test
