• FY24 was the first year of PMHCA continuation funding awarded to ADMH, with COA carrying out most activities of the grant including the case review (consultation) line, ECHO sessions offered to enrolled providers discussing behavioral health topics, and telemedicine services to referred patients. This was the first year that PATHS offered behavioral health trainings to schools in Alabama. o 117 practices enrolled o 13 ECHO sessions conducted for enrolled providers o 13 trainings for counselors, DHR workers, Head Start workers, and foster parents o 4 behavioral health training sessions for school personnel o 460 consultations for providers through the case review/consultation line o 402 telemedicine sessions provided • FY25 was the second year of the 3-year PMHCA continuation funding awarded to ADMH. COA was contracted to carry out most of the activities of the grant including the case review (consultation) line, ECHO sessions offered to enrolled providers discussing behavioral health topics, and telemedicine services to referred patients. This year included growth in all areas including the addition of new enrolled practices, significant increase in the consultation line services, and expansion of school trainings. o 130 practices enrolled o 13 ECHO sessions conducted for enrolled providers

o 24 trainings for counselors and school personnel throughout the state o 576 consultations for providers through the case review/consultation line o 520 telemedicine sessions provided

PIRC (Psychiatric Intake Response Center) - Children’s continued providing resource and programmatic support for the Psychiatric Intake Response Center (PIRC) established in 2018. This community resource is designed to assist anyone seeking the appropriate level of mental health care for a child. These services are provided statewide free of-charge via telephone or in person by licensed mental health clinicians.

• 2,998 calls processed from the community in 2022 • 2,444 calls processed from the community in 2023 • 2,132 calls processed from the community in 2024 • 1,910 calls processed from the community In 2025 YTD

• 1,773 mental health providers added to the resources database 2022-2025 • 173 outreach events reaching over 25,648 community members 2022-2025
