o In 2024, Children’s had one severe weather post covering disaster preparedness. 2024 was also the year Children’s started boosting PVH-related posts. Children’s posted 6 times with an estimated total of 22k+ engagements. Children’s posted 5 Summer Safety posts, covering the same topics as the previous two years. Severe Weather Preparedness: Children’s re-aired the WVTM 13 severe weather promos. • Pediatric Vehicular Heatstroke (PVH) Education Campaign – Children’s launched a statewide multi pronged campaign to educate the community on pediatric vehicular heatstroke. The media aspect of the campaign included social media, digital and print media, and outdoor board PSA’s. The Health Education and Safety Center provided the educational component to communities and professionals through health fairs, community activities, and professional presentations. o Promotional interview for the Look and Lock event

• Safe Teen Driving Campaign – A multi-media campaign, which included digital ads, print ads, pre-movie advertising, social media, and sponsored editorial, shared a safe teen driving message in 2022, 2023 and 2024. Parents were directed to our Safe Teen Driving Toolkit webpage, which has helpful tips to prevent distracted driving and share information on Alabama’s Graduated Driving Law for teens. • Partners In Kids Health – Children’s of Alabama produces the Partners In Kids Health electronic educational newsletter with accompanying video on a variety of topics of interest to parents. The newsletter is produced 4-5 times each year and is subscribed to by more than 4,500 people and the content is extended through our social media platforms. Topics presented from 2023-2025 included:
