for treatment of several diseases.

Diagnosis and Management of the following conditions: • Vascular Anomalies, including embolization sclerotherapy and cryoablation • Solid Tumors, including embolization and ablation • Spine and Other Bone Tumors, including augmentation and ablation • Bone Cyst, including sclerografting • Hepatobiliary Diseases and Post-Transplant Interventions, including TIPS, portal venous stenting, biliary stenting and biopsy

and cholangiography for biliary atresia • Genitourinary Interventions, including nephrostomy and nephroureteral stenting • Trauma • Gastrointestinal and pulmonary hemorrhages • Deep Venous Thrombosis and Pulmonary Emboli, including thromboembolectomies, stenting and IVC filter management • Chronic Localizable Pain, including blocks and chemical and cryoneurolysis • Enteric Nutrition, including gastrostomy and gastrojejunostomy tube placement and management • Abscesses • Adrenal Venous Sampling and other venous sampling • Central Venous Access Catheter Placement and Management • Dialysis-Related Interventions, including fistulogram and declot of dialysis graft
