In each topic (issues, access, and safety), respondents were allowed to select “Other” and offer open responses. Key themes are parent education and family support, barriers to care, access, and chronic and specialty conditions.

There are substantive variations in comments among some respondent categories.

Black or African Americans are more likely to raise socioeconomic issues.

Respondents aged 35–44 were more likely to identify nutrition/food and water concerns. Special needs and care coordination were flagged by those 45–54.

Older respondents raised safety concerns.

Professional role: Educators emphasized special needs care and care coordination, access barriers, and mental health issues.
